Hawaii Regional Cuisine
Hawaii Regional Cuisine was created over a decade ago by twelve talented Hawaii chefs who decided to shake up what most people thought of as Hawaii food. They encouraged farmers to grow specialty vegetables and fruits, raise beef, chicken and lamb to have sources for their restaurants.
Combing the classical cuisines of Europe with the cuisines of Pan Asian and using only the freshest Hawaii grown ingredients, they created the incomparable flavors that today have put Hawaii on the map for fine dining.
