Classic French cuisine is considered one of the greatest in the world. Like almost every country, the cuisine changes from province to province, but most U.S. French restaurants stick to the classics with perhaps some menu items reflecting the individual province where the Chef came from.
Classic entrees include Bistro Steak with Pomme Frites (French Fries), escargot with garlic butter and parsley, Coquilles Saint-Jacques and, always French Onion Soup.
