Much like a European Boutique hotel, this property does not boast a large amount of amenities or facilities; they do, however, have a great location near to world class dining and shopping.
Due to the Chandler Inn Hotel's small size (only 55 guestrooms), staff are able to offer personalized guest and concierge services, including assistance with restaurant reservations, purchasing tickets to a theater, sporting or concert event, or providing recommendations on the best things to do while in Boston.
Room types include Standard and Boutique and offer a bedding choice of one queen or two twins. Standard Room amenities include television with satellite, alarm/clock radio, work desk with chair, phone with voice mail, complimentary wireless internet access, hair dryer and private bath. Boutique Rooms have all Standard Room amenities plus a 32-inch plasma satellite TV and a marble bathroom with walk-in shower.
The Fritz Lounge, located next door to the Chandler Inn, is popular with the gay and lesbian community and is generally full of the after-work crowd from the evening through the early morning. There is a large selection of beer, good music and six LCD flat screen high definition TVs, open from noon to 2 a.m. daily. The Fritz's Café serves one of the most popular weekend brunches in the Boston area with assorted omelets, pancakes, steak and eggs, burgers, sandwiches and more, open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
